Mrs. Joyce Barker's visit to the Merton Sai Centre delighted the children and adults alike. She shared her valuable thoughts on conducting Study Circles and her tips for following Swami's teachings were very educative for all especially the kids. She shared some of her dreams and experiences with the children. It was such a happy occasion for all!

This book has been compiled by Dr. Jack Hawley. He is a student, teacher, consultant and lecturer who works to instill new energy, heart and spirit into large organizations and groups. For the past fourteen years he has spent half of each year in India learning, teaching and living by the principles in this book.

Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba once said, "neither the parents, nor the society rulers as well are competent to instruct the children about the glory of Bhaarath (India)…hence I have taken up the task of educating the children about the glory of Bhaarath." Whatever Baba said about India's cultural heritage and her people has been put together in this book titled The Glory of Bhaa-rath along with attractive and colourful illustrations making this an ideal book for children from age 8 onwards as well as their parents. Swami as Sai Baba is lovingly called makes it very interesting for all ages as he uses amusing anecdotes drawn from the life of eminent people as well as his own to illustrate his words of wisdom. The size of this book is about 27cmsX27cms and has an attractive cover with a picture of Swami in the centre.

The author of “Compendium of Sai Teachings”, the well known and comprehensive book on Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s teachings, has written this another book, the title being given by Sri Sathya Sai Baba himself with blessings. The title is very meaningful and calls for all of us to examine and regulate ourselves in our journey to God. Charlene Leslie Chaden describes her personal life in great detail before and after meeting Sri Sathya Sai Baba. She writes about her horrific childhood, troubles with her mother and her own failed marriages before finding Syd Chaden, the one husband who supported her interests, loved and never abused her. She has also discussed her parenting issues at length. Despite these obstacles, Charlene emerged from this nightmare to discover Sai Baba whom she was able to visit as her husband’s business took them to India frequently. She also describes in detail, her series of interviews with Sri Sathya Sai Baba. This lady tells it like it is! She writes with gratitude about Baba’s presence in her and her family members’ lives, including many miracles revealing Baba’s divine love for all. The important point here is the transformation of one self to progress on the spiritual path. Throughout the book, she has appropriately quoted Sri Sathya Sai Baba to remind the readers of His message to humanity.

Translated by Camille Svensson into English with comments taken from the writings of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, this book offers the best guide for aspirants eager to reach the goal of Liberation. It has six chapters. All of them except the 3rd and 4th describe worship associated with ritualistic action. The 3rd and 4th deal with the teachings of the great sage Yajnavalkya on spiritual truth imparted to King Janaka the father of Sita, the queen of Ramayana.

The title of this book is Bapu to Baba. 'Bapu' is the endearing term used for Mahatma Gandhi. It literally means father. This book is a collection of 36 articles written by V K Narasimhan who is the editor of Sai Baba's spiritual journal called Sanathana Sarathi. Mr. Narasimhan came to Bhagavan Baba in 1980 after nearly half a century of association with leading national dailies.

Originally published on Swami's 60th birthday, the present edition is a reprint with a few additional articles on Bhagavan Baba and His global mission to unify and spiritualise mankind. These articles bear testimony to the author's deep concern for freedom, social justice and moral values.

This book is titled Bharath - Our Heritage. The word Bharath is another term for India. The book contains many quotations from the divine discourses of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. The quotations cover all aspects of spirituality associated with India. It covers Vedic philosophy, Indian festivals, significance of mantras, Upanishads, women, avatars, saints and sages, various symbols and beliefs and universality of all religions. This is a spiritual guide book on India!

This fabulous offering from the Malaysian Sai Organization does not pretend to solve anything. It is merely an attempt by the SAI organization to share with others their experience as to how they have over the years undertaken service and offered to Malaysians in need. This is a book on methodology, a "How to Do" - a "Do It Yourself" book. The service activities were carried out by the devotees in varied locations such as hospitals, old folks' home to leprosarium, prisons, orphanages and emergency relief. What they offer is surely not the only way to perform these services or may not even be the best way - it is just one way that has brought about benefit and happiness to those served, and equally important, those who have served.

Sai sangeet bhajanavali is a collection of well-known and melodious bhajans that are commonly sung at any Sai Centre. Each bhajan (song prayer) is followed by its word-to-word meaning in English and has also been written in the form of Western style sheet music so it could be played on a digital keyboard, Piano or a Harmonium.
